Dr Joe Cangas, AKA 'The Helmet Doctor' is a pediatrician who owns Dr Joe Concierge Pediatrics. He is also the Medical Director of Life Network of Southern Illinois.  He founded Helmets First in 2004 when he saw a need for helmet education.
